Searching for a job is a full-time job. In today’s busy job market, it can be really annoying to try and get hired. With a lot of companies posting jobs on job boards just to appear that they’re growing (with no intent to hire) and auto-filters that definitely obfuscate prime candidates from the pool, job hunting is annoying.
