ADHD is a form of neurodivergence that spans a wide range of symptoms and affects while also being inconsistent across the board. While modern approaches try to view the brain differences on a spectrum, historically it’s been treated as a learning disorder, which it isn’t. So yay for modern science! And whether you have it or you don’t, chances are that you know someone who does! While it’s still being explored and understood by scientists, the internet has at least created a home where ADHD-ers can come together and share grievances and lift each other up and give advice too, which is awesome!
